Austin, Texas-based S3 has upgraded its Regulatory Reporting Suite offering to include coverage for US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Rule 606 and further analysis for the upcoming Finra Tick Size Pilot Program.

In July of this year, the SEC proposed rules “that for the first time would require broker-dealers to disclose the handling of institutional orders to customers,” according to the regulatory body.
